In this document, we will walk you through what needs to be done from you as the customer, to ensure you get the most out of your account.

To deliver the full value of Prism, we will need to step through a few important settings that ensure we are calculating your fuel apportionment as accurately as possible. To do this, you will need to provide us with some information which is not usually stored in telematics systems.

But don’t worry, as we will step you through the process. In addition to doing so, it will help you understand exactly how your calculation works so you can be fully confident when using our results!

What you will need to set up for success

Vehicle Specifications

We will need some additional details about your vehicles, including fuel consumption rates.

Auxiliary Fuel Use

If your vehicles have auxiliary equipment, we can include this fuel use in our apportionment.

Purchased Fuel Entry

Our customers achieve the greatest value when they include purchased fuel amounts in their apportionment calculation.
